Ribbon and Elastic amount for a pair of point shoes.

Classic looking satin stretch ribbon that allows for the natural flexion and extension of ankle and heel. Stretch ribbon relieves unnecessary stress on tendons and allows the dancer to move from plie to pointe with minimal constriction and no bagginess.

Woven elastic has a high quality look and feel, which is best for sewing pointe shoes. Dense interlocking threads are woven in a windowpane pattern to produce a premium product. This elastic does not narrow and is not see-through when stretched. It is easily stitched onto a shoe without affecting the integrity of the elastic. Woven elastic resists curling and is the softest elastic milled.
